Ron Sasser, owner of S&S Homes comes with over 20 years experience in the construction and real estate industry.  He, along with the company's many trade partners, brings a personal, custom home building experience for your next home. Ron has been a Goldsboro, North Carolina native his entire life. His construction roots come from family tradition, with his father being a home builder who spent over 30 years operating his construction business in and around Wayne County, North Carolina since 1985.

First hand construction experience and knowledge of running your own business came at an early age.  As a young teenager, Ron started in the construction business by sweeping out homes under construction for his father, cleaning up job sites, clearing building lots and riding along with his father during the summers while he managed jobs and coordinated his subs and vendors. After graduating high school, he attended East Carolina University in Greenville, NC where he obtained a four year degree in Construction Management in 2002. Upon graduating from ECU, Ron decided to come home and work with his fathers company, Sasser Home Builders in January of 2003. Ron spent the next 16 years with the company, holding positions as Field Manager, Purchasing & Scheduling Director, Marketing Director, Land Acquisitions team member, Director of Construction,  and Vice President. 

In 2019, Ron founded his own company, S&S Constructors, (DBA S&S Homes) and continued to build new, quality custom homes and homes for sale in Goldsboro and other surrounding areas in Wayne County.  As of July 2023, S&S Homes has expanded its reach, now serving the North Carolina counties and surrounding areas of Carteret, Craven, Lenoir, Wilson, Johnston and Harnett.
Ron has held a North Carolina General Contractors License since 2007 and also holds a North Carolina Real Estate License since 2013.
